Being athlete specific, we’ve created a network for athletes to bolster their own brand and be their most unique self. You are more than an athlete and more importantly, you are your own brand. Promoting business literacy within the young athlete community is a large focus for AJE.
We started with clothing you can purchase from AJE from brands that were trending among young adults. We decided to partner with some young collegiate athletes to help grow our brand and do some market research among the athletes for recommendations on brands they love supporting.
During our conversations with one of our athletes, they described a poor experience while partnering with a different brand. After additional conversations, we realized this was a common issue among collegiate athletes, not knowing how to navigate brand deals.
As an athlete-founded business, I recognized the opportunity to assist young adults in developing their personal brands and equipping them with the skills to cultivate strong business acumen. With that, AJE Athlete Consulting began.
